How we handle your details

This notice covers Argentina350.com and the details you send through its two forms: the briefing download and the private-briefing request.

1. Who we are

This is an independent guide. It is not a website of the Government of Argentina or any of its agencies.

2. What we collect

Do not send passport numbers, identity documents or financial details through this website. We do not ask for them here. If you later engage us, documents are collected separately through secure channels.

3. Why we use it

4. Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter automated traffic. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the service and our legal, regulatory and anti-money-laundering record-keeping duties require. Download links expire after 24 hours.

8. How we protect it

Your details are sent over an encrypted connection and stored on our servers with access limited to the people handling your enquiry. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data.
